Saying Farewell to our Supper Table family and friend……….

Peter Hoysted

Peter Austin Hoysted

Peter Died peacefully on Friday, April 8, 2011 at age 57.  Peter was very active in many volunteer organizations, including St. Joe’s Supper Table, Queensway Carleton Hospital Board, Special Olympics and many others.  Peter was involved with our organization for approximately 12years and was a member of the St. Joe’s Supper Table Advisory Committee for the past 6years.  His dedication and efforts made it possible for us to continue our journey of helping our community.   Peter was also a leader, taking on the responsibility for organizing an annual  Senators Hockey event to which raised funds for Supper Table.  Peter will be missed…..not only for his talents, but also for the way he shared his love, joy and laughter with all of us.  Rest peacefully Peter, you will always be remembered by your family members here at St. Joe’s Supper Table…………

THANK YOU!!!

St. Joe’s Supper Table is blessed with so many parishioners, volunteers and community members who assist on a regular basis.  Also, we would like to say thank you to following organizations for their continual support

Without these organizations funding support, we would not be able to assist and continue to help those who are in need.

“A welcoming community which is gathered together in weakness and strength by the Spirit of Jesus to nurture its faith by sharing the Word and breaking bread, remembering and celebrating God’s love for us.”
